Our Try On Guarantee also allows you to keep your first pair of underwear if you don't love it, no return necessary.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure a smooth tracking process.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
